Returns

At Laelen, we hope you love your pieces. But if you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been approved, you’ll have a further 14 days to send the item back.
All items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Returns Conditions

Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. We may refuse refunds where items are not returned in a resaleable condition. For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear and earrings) are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds

Refunds include the item price. Shipping and additional services such as express delivery are non-refundable. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@laelen.com.

 Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
